Rescheduling Lessons
Reschedule a Lesson
Click your Online Schedule link (at the bottom of most emails from the school).
Click “Reschedule” next to the lesson you would like to reschedule.
Select any instrument, select any available time, then click to confirm.
You may reschedule into any timeslot in the upcoming six days that was canceled by another student. If there are no available times that fit your schedule, you may cancel the lesson and schedule a makeup lesson at a later time (see instructions below).
Cancel a Lesson
If you are unable to reschedule your lesson (see above), you may cancel the lesson with the possibility of scheduling a makeup lesson at a later time subject to availability.
Click your Online Schedule link (at the bottom of most emails from the school).
Click “Cancel” next to the lesson you would like to cancel.
A confirmation screen will appear for you to review and finalize the cancellation.
You will receive a makeup credit. Makeup credits have no monetary value and cannot be used as tuition for future lessons.
Schedule a Makeup Lesson
Go to the menu in your Online Schedules and select “Makeups.” The screen will display all currently available makeup lessons.
Click to select any available makeup lesson.
You may schedule with your primary teacher, or with any other teacher on any instrument.
If you do not see makeups that fit your schedule, check back again as new makeup lessons appear whenever a student cancels a lesson.
